This belt leather is the bestselling strap in the shop. Buffalo is the softest of the leather straps I offer, which means it will be comfortable to wear, has no break-in period, and has a small amount of flex compared to some of the stiffer bridle leathers. The full grain hide has a beautiful pebbled natural grain. Some hides have more or less features, but all will have more character than a matte-finish belt. Rich color on these straps! Refresh the surface grain over the years with my shop-made leather balm.

My husband was not happy with the brand name belt he got at the big box store, which he chose regretfully, as all of the options seemed fake and crackly to the touch. *This* belt is true heirloom quality. He was very pleasantly surprised with it as a Christmas gift and told me after wearing a couple of days it is a great belt and just what he wanted.

Amazing leather. As someone who is usually between belt sizes, this fits me perfectly. The green color is darker than pictured, more like a moss color, but it looks great and is already starting to patina a bit.
