About The "Missouri Belt":
The Missouri Belt is built to last, made from the thickest full-grain USA steerhide. The leather is tanned in St. Louis, then each strap is cut, beveled, burnished, polished with beeswax, and fully assembled by me (Noble Buffalo - also in St. Louis). Made from extra-thick 12-14oz leather (5mm to 5.5mm), this is the heaviest hide I’ve worked with. Built to last for decades, the Missouri Belt combines toughness with lasting quality.

Hermann Oak - A Storied American Tannery:
The raw cowhide undergoes meticulous tanning on the Saint Louis Mississippi riverfront by Hermann Oak, one of the oldest tanneries in the United States, with a legacy dating back to the 1800s. Originally established to supply harness leather to wagon trains following the Lewis and Clark trails, Hermann Oak remains a family-owned institution, consistently producing the strongest leather.

Likes: hanks to professional service and guidance in presales process.
Improvements: (1) For casual belts , a thicker and bigger buckle would be a better option, this one seems like for dress belts. (2) Chicago screw is little loose or long, also screw head (last one) comes in the way , touches with belt tip while wearing the belt, it could be avoided if screw length is short and screw head is flat and tiny.
Perhaps the last casual black belt you ever need

Hermann Oak leather variant that is offered in Noble Buffalo belt is luxurious and possesses beautiful appearance , thick leather with gentle touch. In additional Excellent Craftsmanship of the belt to rightly justify the use of such a class leather. Very nice buckle quality. Perhaps the best custom beltmaker in US.

My best belt ever!

I spent quite a bit of time researching one and a quarter inch leather belts before I decided this was the belt I wanted. The belt is the best I have ever owned. I am glad I bought mine from Noble.
