This belt is cut directly from horsehide tanned at the storied Horween Tannery in Chicago, IL, and left un-finished in an undyed Russet natural tone. The edges are beveled and polished smooth with beeswax, giving it a subtle, durable shine. Because horsehide typically comes in shorter lengths, if you don’t see your size in the dropdown menu, shoot me an email to check availability. Improvements:I dunno. Not sure if i found a makers mark embossed on belt. But not sure if it needs one.
Amazing Quality
One of the few times I am actually impressed. The leather is solid and well crafted. The attention to detail is very evident. The rivet head slots are aligned with each other. Small details like that are a classy touch. Bought a brown belt, about to purchase a black one.
